Privacy
The one-sentence version: Thimp Brawl is a browser game with no account and no sign-in — it stores nothing about how you play. The only data we ever hold is the email address you type in yourself to join the waitlist, and site traffic is measured with a cookieless analytics beacon that can't identify you.
1. Scope
This policy covers the Thimp Brawl website and its in-browser playable demo, published under the Thimp umbrella. The contact for all of it is the same: hello@thimp.app.
2. The playable demo
The demo runs entirely in your browser. There is no account, no login, and no server that receives your inputs or match results — nothing about your play is collected, transmitted, or stored. Any in-page state lives only in your browser for the duration of the session.
3. Waitlist email
If you choose to enter your email in the "Get the launch drop" form, we store that email address only, for the single purpose of emailing you about Thimp Brawl updates and launch. We do not ask for your name or anything else, we never sell or share the list, and there is no other profiling. You can unsubscribe or ask us to delete your address at any time by emailing hello@thimp.app; deletion is prompt and complete.
4. Analytics (cookieless)
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is privacy-first and uses no cookies and no client-side state. It does not fingerprint you or track you across sites; it reports only aggregate, anonymous traffic (page views, referrers, country, and the like) so we can see whether people are finding and playing the demo. 5. Hosting
The site is served by Cloudflare Pages, and the waitlist form is handled by a Cloudflare Worker. To deliver and secure the site, Cloudflare processes standard request data such as IP addresses, under its own privacy policy linked above. We keep no other server logs of our own.
6. Children
Thimp Brawl is intended for a general audience aged 13 and up. It is not directed at children, and because the demo collects no personal data, there is none to collect from anyone.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live (GDPR in the EU/EEA/UK, CCPA/CPRA in California, UU PDP 27/2022 in Indonesia, and others), you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal data. For the only personal data we hold — a waitlist email — email us and we'll action it within the period your local law requires.
8. Changes
If this policy changes materially, we'll update the date above. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated policy.
